Every VIN has a dedicated folder → store valuations, Carfax reports, BOS, screenshots
Docs are used for SOPs, contracts, agreements
Sheets are used for Deal Tracker and live updates
Primary tool for real-time chats and task updates
Use channels for:
Buyers/Facilitators: to share valuations, dealer interactions, BOS progress
Managers: to approve deals, give feedback, and coordinate next actions
Upload screenshots of valuations (MMR, AutoTrader, Carfax, KBB) into chat before submitting to manager
All pre-owned unit updates must be sent via Pumble with screenshots attached

Convert MMR to CAD (×1.3)
Save screenshots in VIN folder under /Valuations
Step 2 — Documentation
Enter results into the Deal Tracker (Google Sheet)
Attach links to screenshots in the sheet
Step 3 — Communication
Buyers/facilitators send results in Pumble with VIN summary + attached screenshots
Manager reviews and confirms before moving forward
Step 4 — Recordkeeping
Final valuations and approvals stored in Google Workspace under VIN folder
Screenshots, Carfax, and Deal Tracker entries must all match
