CarManana carries full legal/export responsibility
Must comply with CBSA, provincial laws, dealer/manufacturer policies

Legal Disclaimer
CarManana is committed to operating in full compliance with Canadian laws and regulations governing the purchase, sale, and export of motor vehicles. All transactions are structured so that:
Dealers are paid directly and in full by CarManana through transparent bank wires.
Facilitators act only as agents assisting in the acquisition process and have no ongoing ownership or export liability once transfer is completed.
CarManana becomes the legal and beneficial owner of all vehicles prior to export, and assumes full responsibility for export compliance with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), and applicable provincial vehicle registries.
Manufacturer and dealer agreements are respected to the fullest extent permitted under Canadian law, and all documentation (NVIS, invoices, registration, transfer forms) is completed accurately and transparently.
CarManana does not encourage misrepresentation or the circumvention of dealer, manufacturer, or regulatory policies. Our role is to ensure that every vehicle transaction is fully documented, legally compliant, and beneficial to all parties involved.
Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice.
Bottom line: Facilitator signs → CarManana pays → Title transfers → CarManana exports.
