You are responsible for the acquisition of the vehicle in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in both Canada and the United States. Upon our purchase of the vehicle from you, you must ensure that all necessary processes, including but not limited to proper title transfer, compliance with import/export regulations, and completion of all required documentation, are fully executed in order for payment to be issued. This includes adherence to the Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Act and relevant U.S. National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act provisions, as well as any applicable state, provincial, or federal laws governing vehicle transactions. You shall act as the facilitator, and we shall act as the buyer in this transaction. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in delays or forfeiture of payment.

When completing the standard Alberta Bill of Sale, please ensure you also include the following:
Your Dealer Licence Number (as issued under the Vehicle Sales Authority of Alberta).
Your GST/HST Number.
Standard declarations:
Vehicle is free of liens/encumbrances.
Odometer reading is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.
Vehicle is sold as is with mechanical fitness, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This information must be written in the “Seller Information” section or added as a note/attachment to make the Bill of Sale complete for our records, CRA, and export compliance.
