VIEW UPDATE BUYERS LIST
Purpose:
To ensure buyers/facilitators maintain full control of the transaction after a deposit has been placed, preventing dealership manipulation and securing all required documentation for export.
Confirm Receipt:
Always get a written confirmation (email or stamped receipt) of the deposit from the dealership.
Document Collection:
Collect updated documents immediately:
Offer to Purchase / Purchase Agreement (must reflect deposit applied).
Window Sticker / Option Sheet (for vehicle details).
Deposit Receipt.
Ensure no new conditions are added by the dealer after deposit.
Review the comments/notes section — remove any lines such as:
“If suspected for export, lien may arise”
“Non-export use only”
Push back if they insert export-related clauses; remind them deal is cash retail and deposit secures terms.
Bank Draft / Wire Transfer:
Funds are only released through our shell corp to the dealership’s account.
Buyers do not control funds. They only present the deal as their own retail purchase.
Always confirm wire details in writing before initiating payment.
Always speak as a retail buyer (occupation, family, lifestyle stories if probed).
If questioned on:
Accessories: Politely decline — say you don’t need them.
Payment from Corp: Explain as “personal company bank account” or “numbered holding.”
Export Accusations: Deflect with retail reasons (daily driver, family car, etc.).
If dealer stalls or refuses to proceed:
Escalate to manager or controller immediately.
Re-state: “Deposit secures this deal. Funds are ready. I expect delivery on agreed terms.”
If dealer refuses, demand refund in writing within 48 hours.
Facilitator must notify Manager as soon as the dealership confirms vehicle is ready for release.
Manager arranges transport with our approved carriers.
Vehicle is picked up and delivered only to:
Our storage yard, or
Direct to shipping companies (if ready for export).
Buyer must not arrange their own pickup or use outside transporters.
Every deal folder must contain:
Offer to Purchase / Purchase Agreement
Window Sticker / Option Sheet
Deposit Receipt
Final Bill of Sale
Wire Confirmation
Transport Pickup Confirmation
